Narrative Guides LLC ("Nara") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Nara infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on Nara (e.g., tour name, URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- Identification of the removed content and its former location on the Service
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the Western District of Texas
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
Nara will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
